I attended last night “Traffic” call where Doug Champigny interviewed Ross Goldberg. If you had not noticed before, traffic generation is rapidly changing. All this was confirmed last night.

Google's ongoing strategy has a lot to do with it. Clearly Google algorithms are changing, that is and will remain an ongoing process. But in spite of the many Google unknowns, there are still clear indications where traffic generation is heading too.

There are no single factors anymore to get consistent high rankings in Google. Getting hundreds of links back to your site is not that important anymore. To be more diverse in your SEO appears now much more appreciated by Google.
