Here is the latest news from the new uVme.
1. New games coming...
Launching soon two new “classic” games. Recently featured in our Pioneers web-conference, the games are Tetra Blocks and Sam Serpent… If you were around when computer games were first introduced, (some years ago)… you will remember these games… you’ll notice also, that we have kept the classic look…
2. Tournements
uVme’s first tournament has ended, and the winners’ results are in! We had people from countries all over the world playing, including Russia, Singapore, India, France, The Netherlands, the USA, the UK, New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia, Germany, Poland, Belgium, Bermuda, Portugal, Hungary… and the list goes on. Many of the winners entered multiple times - which proves that if your first score isn’t good enough, just keep trying! You can now play your favourite uVme games in a progressive tournament, for larger cash prizes! In these four great new uVme tournaments, with every entry, the jackpot will get bigger… and bigger… and BIGGER!

The new uVme Black Diamond website is to be released on Monday 23rd June 2008.
Next week uVme will also load the functionality to enable you to take part in “progressive tournaments” and order your very own uVme debit card from which you can retrieve your commissions… and spend them!
In conjunction with the launch of Black Diamond uVme also introduce the NEW uVme Commission Plan. The new uVme commission plan will go into “automatic mode” on 23rd June 2008. From the 23rd June your promotional positions will be automatically calculated by the system and cannot then be undone.
Further details of the new Licence Fee, positions, bonuses, Active Status qualification, and commission types are available to download. Just ask us for the links.
Games can now result in a draw. If this happens, the prize money will be equally split between the two players. If an inactive Associate’s games site link is used, the site will redirect to the site of his/her sponsor.
Extra anti-fraud measures have been put in place. Several games have been cheat-proofed.
The new version of “Bubble Trouble” is live on uVme.
New Game: you’ve only got three minutes to pot as many balls as you can… just one of the new twists in uVme’s Speed Pool game!
Two new payment methods have been added to the uVme games platform. The first, WebMoney, was originally used mainly in Russia, but is now spreading around the world as an acceptable Internet payment system with more than four and a half million users. The second, paysafecard, is already available on the uVme business-building site and is a popular European electronic payment method

1. There are new versions coming soon of pool and “Bubble Trouble”, which as you can see in the screenshot above, has lovely pre-rendered graphics. It also has hypnotic, trancelike music that really suits the underwater scene, new animations, and “checkpoints” which you receive bonus points upon reaching.
2. Two newly announced games: “Mini-golf” (”Crazy Golf” in the UK) and “Battleships“. These are only at the rough gameplay stage and need graphics before we can get screenshots. Who doesn’t like mini-golf, trying to putt your ball around all the different wacky obstacles? And “Battleships” (also known as “Salvo” or “Broadsides”) has been around in one form or another since before WWI, so should be immensely popular too.
3. Update on the other brand-new uVme game, “Blob Factory”, now it is in its last stages of testing and should be available for everyone to try on uVme.com within the next few weeks.
4. Commissions for Cycle 4, which ended april 27 at midnight, have already been calculated and posted to Active Associates’ e-wallets. While usually it took 4-5 days for payment after each cycle ends, the process has become more and more streamlined, allowing now to get funds paid in less than 24 hours after the end of the cycle!
5. A new compensation plan will be implemented. The monthly cycle fee will disappear, only an optional (smaller amount) can be considered for certain backoffice features. Not sure yet when this will be implemented.

1. Blob Factory Game
uVme’s newest game, “Blob Factory”, is soon to be released on the .com games site. Internal testing suggests this is going to be an extremely popular game - it is similar in some ways to “Fruit Frenzy”, currently uVme most-played game - and yet some think Blob Factory is EVEN MORE FUN! Best of all, uVme is going to hold its first tournament when Blob Factory is released. For a two-week period, there will be daily cash prizes for Blob Factory players, with the winner getting quite a nice little blob of cash every day!
2. uVme Pre-Paid Visa Debit Card
The uVme Debit Card will be issued to all uVme Associates at NO COST, and there is also NO activation fee!
You will be able to use your uVme card to:
a. Make “Point of Sale” card purchases in retail outlets wherever you see the Visa symbol
b. Make online purchases on any website that accepts Visa cards
c. Withdraw cash from ATMs around the world that display the Visa symbol - up to £650 GBP (or the $ / € equivalent) per day - much more than the usual £250 limit imposed by ATMs
d. The card is issued in £ Sterling, € Euros, and $ U.S. Dollars to save you money on foreign exchange charges
e. Spark up interest and conversations about uVme whenever you use it
f. Fastest way to access your uVme earnings

Cycle 4 started March 31st.
Here are some recent updates:
1. uVme Game Challenge Time - Doubled!
When you send your friends a challenge on a uVme game, they have 24 hours to accept it before the challenge expires - double the original time period of 12 hours. This gives your opponent twice as long to take up the challenge, or maybe even get some practice time in on the game before they accept your challenge!
2. uVme branded Debot Card design ready!
On the uVme web conference on Tuesday, 1st April (no joke!)Tom Brodie showed for the very first time the uVme branded debit card.
3. Now also PayPal Withdrawals possible!
Last month, PayPal became available on the site for uploading funds; but now players can use it for both deposits and withdrawals. This is a great feature which adds credibility and convenience to uVme, because PayPal is one of the most popular and well-known payment systems on the Internet (used by giants such as Ebay), with trusted security and reliability.
4. uVme IM Undergoes First Internal Tests
The uVme Support Team were today testing the new web-based uVme Instant Messenger (IM) amidst an atmosphere of great suspense and excitement. The team were sending multiple messages at once, sending messages while their recipient was playing games, and anything else they could think of to “try to break” the system - as instructed by Head of Marketing, Mark Davies.
