Compensation Plan

1. YOU earn $2 Direct Sales Commission on EVERY person You personally introduce to Cook Book Dough (CookBookDough.com) who purchases the CookBook of the Month, regardless of where they appear in your Team Structure. You will earn this $2 EVERY Month a Personally Referred Member Continues to Purchase the Latest CookBook of the Month! That is real residual income!!

2. YOU Earn $1 for EVERY Team Sale - That is Your Team Sales Volume. Anybody below you in the matrix! This means that for EVERY Person in Your Organization Structure YOU Earn $1, regardless of whether you introduced them to Cook Book Dough (CBD) or one of your Team Members introduced them! (So in reality, you earn $3 for EVERY Personal Referral - $2 for Direct Sales Commission and $1 in Team Sales Volume). Your Potential Organization Structure Size is Decided By Your Membership Level, i.e. the number of levels you are paid on!

Membership Levels

Level 1: A "Cook" is someone mainly interested in purchasing our wonderful CookBook of the Month. The cost is $5 and the Maximum Size of the "Cook" 's Organizational Structure is 12 Team Members in a 3X2 Matrix Structure. This $5 cost is for the purchase of the CookBook of the Month.

Level 2: A "Chef" is someone interested in our CookBook of the Month, along with sharing their business with a few friends and family to make a part-time income possible. The cost is $10 and the Maximum Size of the "Chef" 's Organizational Structure is 363 Team Members in a 3X5 Matrix Structure. This $10 cost is for the purchase of the CookBook of the Month, along with an additional Monthly Cooking Resource.

Level 3: An "Executive Chef" is someone interested in our CookBook of the Month, along with sharing their business with friends, family and other contacts in order to make a full-time income possible. The cost is $15 and the Maximum Size of the "Executive Chef" 's Organizational Structure is 9840 Team Members in a 3X8 Matrix Structure. This $15 cost is for the purchase of the CookBook of the Month, along with an additional Monthly Cooking Resource and Paid Advertising Resources.

Level 4: A "Master Chef" is an online professional mainly interested in sharing their business with friends, family and other business associates in order to make a substantial full-time income possible. The cost is $25 and the Maximum Size of the "Executive Chef" 's Organizational Structure is 265719 Team Members in a 3X11 Matrix Structure.
This $25 cost is for the purchase of the CookBook of the Month, along with an additional Monthly Cooking Resource and Multiple Paid Advertising Resources.
