Not quite to the point where I would need to hire customer service representatives just yet, but looking forward to the time when I do need them. ;-)

I know that customer support is important. The few times that I have needed support, I appreciated the fact that it was available. When it's needed, the customer wants it then and they want it to be satisfactorily to them.

Being in charge of everything as a one person business I'm the boss so when I goof up and don't take care of my customers properly I can fire the jerk who screwed up, except of course that's me. Say, maybe I could use a help desk. I think I will check it out.
