The same goes for Twitter - you do business THROUGH Twitter, not AT Twitter. Make friends, get tips and advice, help those you can, and invite people to visit your site from time to time. The more social & helpful you are on Twitter, the greater the traffic you'll get from it. And more targeted traffic brings more sales, time after time.
